By using leeinfosolutions.com or engaging Lee Info Solutions for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
We provide web design, web development, e-commerce, SEO and digital marketing, mobile app development, ERP and custom software, and branding services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written quotation or proposal, which forms part of our agreement with you.
You agree to provide content, images, feedback and access we reasonably need on time, and confirm that you own or have permission to use any material you give us. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.
Each quotation includes a stated number of revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope — new pages, features or major design changes — will be quoted separately before we begin.
Once the project is paid for in full, ownership of the final approved designs and custom code created specifically for you passes to you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and reusable components, and you receive a licence to use them as part of your project. Third-party software, fonts, plugins and stock images remain subject to their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.
Where we arrange hosting, domains or maintenance for you, these are renewed on the terms agreed in your plan. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers, but we will help resolve them as quickly as we can.
We fix bugs in our own work reported within the support period stated in your plan at no extra charge. We cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or sales results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content or designs for commercial use without our written permission.
Either party may end a project with written notice. You will pay for work completed up to that date, and we will hand over the completed work once that payment is received.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
